Returns & Refunds

Our returns are FREE! and easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.

We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, undamaged and in resaleable condition.

Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email.

Please Note: We do not process or do exchanges.

How to Return Products:

Returning from the USA or UK is free. Here’s some simple steps on how you do it:

1. Find Your Order Number.
2. Sign into your FashionablyZoe account, and in the Order History section select the order you wish to return. Then submit a returns request and now you’re all set to start your returns process. Or email info@fashionablyzoe.com and we will guide you through the process.
   
3. Once your package has been received by our returns team, you will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed and your refund will take 5-10 working days to come back to your original method of payment. 
   
   Please Note: Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders could slow the returns process and result in a delay in your receiving your refund. Please be aware any labels used that are not generated through our online portal will not be recognised and could result in your return being rejected by the returns partner.

Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us with your Order Number and describe the item's fault.

We will then send you a returns postage label.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. For faulty items that have been worn/used or for returns outside our Returns Policy, please email us for further assistance. These may be accepted at our discretion.
